Off Plus Camera is a perfect place for those of you who are open and willing to help. We are looking for friendly and communicative individuals to work at various stages of festival production. Our individualistic approach makes it possible for us to provide you with interesting and satisfying work, thanks to which you will be able to develop your skills and show us what you’ve got. Experienced volunteers and members of staff will be able to give you all the necessary support.
What you can gain?
Let’s facet it, you’re not going to get rich by being a volunteer but you will have a chance to gain valuable experience and new contacts. In return for your hard work we offer you an opportunity to be part of a team of professional event organizers, as well as a chance to make friends. Not only will you be learning on the job, you will be also partaking in the process of creating a unique cultural event. Show some initiative and become an ambassador for the independent cinema.

If you’re a student and the requirements of your work experience programme are similar to what we offer, you might be able to comeplete it with us. Thanks to us you might be able to turn theory into practice. Your CV is going to get so much better when you are able to include some hands-on work experience that you gain at our festival.
